Aiyoh Marketing Shipping Policy

At Aiyoh Marketing, we provide reliable shipping solutions for all customers, including individuals, businesses, and government or school orders. Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and related procedures.


1. General Shipping Information

  • We ship both domestically and internationally. Customers may choose between sea or air shipment. Buyers must agree to the shipping cost and make payment prior to delivery.

  • We deliver to all regions accepted by Malaysian couriers. Buyers may also self-arrange pickup or logistics if preferred.

  • Order processing time depends on the product type:

    • Ready stock items: 1–3 working days

    • Custom or bulk items: 1–5 weeks, depending on quantity and availability.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • All shipping methods are subject to availability, including standard and express options.

  • We work with courier and logistics partners including GDEX, SPX, Pos Malaysia, and Lalamove.

  • Customers may select their preferred shipping method during order confirmation.


 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are variable and provided in the quotation for each order.

  • Free shipping may be offered depending on item size and a minimum purchase of RM 3,000. The seller reserves the right to change free shipping availability at any time without prior notice.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or bulky items, which will be stated in the quotation.


 

4. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 working days for ready stock items.

  • Estimated delivery times will depend on the chosen shipping method and courier.

  • Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.

 


5. Tracking & Notifications

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been handed over to the logistics company.

  • Shipments can be tracked using the tracking number provided.

  • Logistic delivery riders will contact the designated PIC to arrange delivery.


6. International Shipping

  • For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.


7. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged, customers must provide photo and video evidence.

  • For lost or undelivered packages, logistics delivery personnel will contact the PIC. If the PIC cannot be reached, delivery may be forfeited and items returned to the seller.

  • If it is determined that the logistics provider is responsible for damages or loss, the affected items will be replaced or refunded.


8. Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

  • Items cannot be returned if they arrive late. All goods sold are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping-related issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.


9. Special Orders or Bulk/School Orders

  • Orders for schools, bulk purchases, or government institutions may be shipped using the seller’s own fleet or via courier services such as Lalamove, depending on customer preference. Additional charges may apply.

  • Accepted payment methods for these orders include LPO, LO, and Nota Minta.
