Refund & Exchange Policy

Most items sold on aiyoh.com.my are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Eligibility
Selected smaller items such as balls and handheld sports equipment may be eligible for a refund within 3 working days from the date of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• Item must be unused
  

• Item must be in original packaging
  

• Item must be free from any damage
  
  

The Aiyoh team reserves the right to determine whether an item is eligible for a refund. For clarification on a specific product’s refund eligibility, please contact our team prior to purchase or within the refund window.

Manufacturing Defects
Any manufacturing defects reported to our team within 7 working days of receipt are eligible for a one-time exchange, once the product has been inspected and confirmed as a manufacturing defect by the Aiyoh team.

Policy Amendments
The Aiyoh team reserves the right to amend this refund and exchange policy at any time without prior notice.
